  I went into this GameStop on Sep 4th, 2015 at 1pm. The redhead girl behind the counter, was the rudest. She knew nothing about the games or at least pretended to know nothing when asked. She behaved as if the customer was a bother to her. Very sad!!!

  So I've been waiting for the release of Destiny for a long time and had it reserved at a Game Stop near my old address for a while now. I recently moved and called the branch around the corner from my new place to see if they would transfer my reserved copy. The manager there told me yes; so I drove over. Once there, they quickly shot down the idea with a somewhat sensible explanation but still left me wondering because I knew other stores had made transfers for me in the area as well. I called the 4748 branch in Victory crossing where I had one title but apparently not the Destiny title. The manager who answered, David, quickly told me it was very possible and sympathized with me. He not only gave me the number of the store where my game was reserved, but he even gave me the manager's name and told me to mention to the store I was at that he would walk them through the process and they needed to do it... It wasn't even reserved at his store! Saved me loads of time, gas, and a toll. That is customer service right there. And so now, I will be picking up my other title and future ones from the 4748 Victory Crossing location when it's ready. Thanks.

  They aren't that great. When there are a few people in there they really don't pay attention who comes in the door. The customer service could be a lot more professional. I've worked in customer service my whole life and they aren't even great to be a such a small store. It's very sad. Ya'll need to pay more attention to your customers because ya'll are turning most paying ones away by ignoring them.
