If a customer need to deal with a carrier and have the hassle of looking for the shipment that was lost or waiting for him wherever it may be, then the whole purchase was not worth it! that should be the shipper responsibility! More sever is a manager/sales rep that takes things personally try to waive responsibility and cancel the order out of an emotional decision. how unprofessional!
